Gained post graduation diploma (DPDS) from Bristol in 2003. Special interests in SEDATION, PERIODONTICS(gum disease), and PROSTHETICS (dentures).

I have been working in Southampton for the last 12 years. I started Quality and Caring Dentistry in 2005 and we have a really happy team.

Julie Downie qualified in 1980 as a dental therapist at New Cross Hospital. Julie qualified as a hygienist in 1981(reg 2384).

Julie is constantly updating her knowledge and has special interest in childrens oral Hygiene and and helping nervous / ansious patients.

Clair Edmonds qualified in 1991 from the East man Dental Hospital (reg No 4135) specialising in periodontal work.

Philippa Goodridge I began working in dentistry in 2002 as a receptionist.

My interest grew and I trained and qualified as a Dental Nurse 2006 (reg no 125070).

I get a lot of pleasure out of helping people come in with problems and leaving happy.

I have been working at Quality & Caring Dentistry as a receptionist for the past 5 years, since we opened in 2005.

I am also a Registered Dental Nurse(reg no 117754), with 32 years experience, working in NHS and Private Dental practices in Southampton.
